TIPL provides a wide spectrum of service solutions for customers and field services are available across the country. The presence of multi skilled technician ensures that the service level agreements are meet effectively. The multi skilled technicians are extensively trained on various product to deliver highest efficiency at lowest service cost.
The entire field force is centrally managed & monitored by the central Sales & Support team with the help of Complaint Management System which enables monitoring and tracking of calls, spares management, expense management etc.
These value added services benefit customers by providing them timely information regarding the operational status of various installed equipments e.g. equipment health check-ups and audits, repair & maintenance services, lifecycle management of various equipment, relocation and restructuring of site equipments.
