- Customer site verification
- Guidance related to site preparation
- Product related training.
- SUPPORT AFTER DISPATCH
- Product Installation and Commissioning
- Training on the regular usages of the product
- WARRANTY SUPPORT
- On-Site support for repair.
- TAT (Turn Around Time)
- Within City Limit 24 hrs.
- Outside of the City Limit 48 to 96 hrs depending on the distance from Service Center
- POST WARRANTY SUPPORT:
- Annual Maintenance Contract ( AMC ) finalization at site.
- Assurance of 7 yrs. Support after the model is phased out with spares availability.
- On-Site Support, if product remains under regular AMC.
- Upgradation of older systems through buy-back offer
- SUPPORT SETUP
- Computerized maintenance of Customer Records.
- Pool of around 125 trained and experienced service engineers.
- Co-ordination of country-wide service support network through Area Offices-Customer Support and Resident Service Engineers.
- Active team to monitor and follow up for “AMC.”
- Computerized Inventory Management for spares, tools & equipment.
